Tylosin tartrate
Flotyl INJ is indicated as a treatment in pigs and cattle of diseases of bacterial etiology, the pathogens of which are sensitive to florfenicol and tylosin tartrate, including:
• infections of the respiratory system in pigs, including pulmonary pasteurellosis, pigs pleuropneumonia, actinobacilli pigs pleuropneumonia (PAD), pigs enzootic pleuropneumonia, mycoplasmosis, pigs atrophic rhinitis;
• respiratory infections in cattle caused by Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella spp., As well as infections caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus somnus, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Mycoplasma spp., Rickettsia spp .;
• cattle necrobacteriosis caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum; infectious keratoconjunctivitis in cattle caused by Moraxella bovis; staphylococcosis; skin diseases; secondary bacterial infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the components of the drug.
Flotyl INJ is administered once a day at a dose of 1 ml per 10 kg of live weight in the following ways: - agricultural animals - intramuscularly; - small pets - intramuscularly or subcutaneously. The course of treatment is 3-5 days. In connection with the possible pain reaction, more than 10 ml, calves, pigs and sheep more than 5 ml, piglets, lambs, dogs and cats should not be introduced into one place to cattle more than 2.5 ml of medicinal preparation.
For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection for 3-5 days:
Agricultural animals: intramuscular injection 1 ml per 10 kg body weight, do not treat exceed 10 ml for calves, pigs and sheep; 5 ml for piglets, lambs and 2.5 ml for cattle.
Small pets: intramuscular or subcutaneous injection 1 ml per 10 kg body weight, do not treat animals exceeding 5 ml for dogs and cats
Do not administer in cases of previous hypersensitivity to florfenicol and/ or tylosin tartrate
Do not administer to boars and bulls-producers.
For meat
Pigs and small cattle: 10 days
Cattle: 15 days
