Composition
CEFTIFUR POWDER
(Injectable powder)
Each 250 ml vial contains
Ceftiofur sodium
GENTA 50 INJ (100 ml)
(Injection solution)
Each 1 ml contains:
Gentamicin (as gentamicin sulfate)
Slovents ad.
ENERGI 300 INJ (100 ml)
(Infusion and injectable solution)
Each 1 ml contains:
Glucose
Slovents ad.
Indications
Special treatment of diseases: Pneumonia, bronchitis, CRD, ORT, Coryza, CCRD, E. coli – diarrhea, pasteurellosis, arthritis, dermatitis, hoof inflammation.
Dosage
Preparation
Mix 10 g of CEFTIFUR POWDER for injection into 100 ml of GENTA 50 INJ solution and 100 ml of ENERGI 300 INJ solution. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved, use immediately after mixing.
Dosage
Use the diluted solution, intramuscular or subcutaneous injection for 3 – 5 consecutive days
Piglets: 1 ml per 10 – 20 kg of body weight per day
Cattle and swine over 50 kg: 1 ml per 25 – 50 kg of body weight per day
Chickens, ducks: 1 ml per 5 – 10 kg of body weight per day
Contra indications
Do not administer to animals sensitive to the ingredients of the drug
Withdrawal times
For meat:
For meat: 8 days
Storage
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
