The directive states: According to a report from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, from the beginning of the year until now, the country has had over 660 outbreaks of African Swine Fever (ASF) in 44 provinces and cities, forcing the destroyed over 42,400 animals, especially in the provinces of Bac Kan, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Hoa Binh, Son La, Quang Nam and Long An… causing damage to farmers. The epidemic is on the rise, the risk of widespread spread is very high, it can affect food supply, consumer price index and the environment.
