Mix 0.5 kg powder with 5 kg raw material (rice bran powder, corn bran powder…). Add 150 liter clean water to the mixture and stir for 1 hour to gain mixed solution

– 150 liter of the suspension is added to 350 kg raw feed powder, then stirring the mixture until the powder is not watery when held but not stick each other

– Then, the powder will be put in boxes or packs with plastic liners. Do not pack it tightly. After 5 – 6 hours, tight or cover tightly and store it in warm places in winter and cool places in summer

– Incubating time: depends on surrounding environment temperature (over 30^oC: 24 – 36 hour, below 30^oC: 36 – 48 hour). The powder is ready-to-use when it has a cool aroma and slight sourness and it should be used up to 3 – 5 days
