Van Don District Police recently discovered and seized 3266 breeding chickens and 24 000 chicken and duck eggs of unknown origin on the way from Mong Cai to Hai Duong.
At 03:00 on August 10, 2024, in Doan Ket Commune, Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province, the Van Don District Police working group discovered, inspected and seized a truck with license plate 34C.378.27 driven by Mr. Hoang Duc Hinh, born in 1982, residing in Xuan Ang Village, Thanh Xuan Commune, Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province, transporting breeding chickens and chicken and duck eggs of unknown origin from Mong Cai City to Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province.

At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered 3266 breeding chickens and 24 000 chicken and duck eggs on the vehicle. The driver could not present any documents, procedures, invoices proving the origin and quarantine certificates of all the goods.
Currently, Van Don District Police have temporarily detained the vehicle, the chickens, chicken and duck eggs to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
