Composition
Available in three dosages:
- Tablet containing 11.3 mg Afoxolaner for dogs weighing 2 – 4 kg
- Tablet containing 28.3 mg Afoxolaner for dogs weighing 4 – 10 kg
- Tablet containing 68 mg Afoxolaner for dogs weighing 10 – 25 kg
Indications
Prevention and treatment of ticks, lice, and fleas, which cause skin diseases such as Demodex and Sarcoptes in dogs.
Dosage
Afoxotab should be given directly or crushed and mixed with food, once a month at a dose of 2.7 – 6.9 mg/kg body weight, or according to the following guide:

For Demodex and Sarcoptes treatment: Use once a month until two consecutive skin tests, conducted one month apart, yield negative results.
Contra indications
Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to Tilmicosin and in case of resistance to Tilmicosin or cross-resistance to other macrolides such as tylosin, erythromycin or lincomycin.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Treatment for puppies under 8 weeks old and/or dogs weighing less than 2 kg should be based on a benefit/risk assessment by a veterinarian.
Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the product.

Storage
Store in a dry, cool place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Close the container tightly after each use. Avoid touching the tablets with wet hands to prevent moisture damage.
